Novum is pleased to announce the appointment of Marcus Pallatzky as Sales Manager D-A-CH at Novum Kältetechnik Deutschland GmbH.

This appointment strengthens Novum’s commercial capability in the German-speaking market and builds further momentum under the leadership of Managing Director Ralf Backwinkel.

Marcus brings over 20 years of experience in refrigeration and convenience retail, with a proven track record in key account management, sales leadership and large-scale rollout programmes across the D-A-CH region.

He has worked closely with major retail and food & beverage customers, combining strong technical expertise with a highly commercial, delivery-focused approach.

Working alongside Ralf, Marcus will play a key role in accelerating growth, deepening customer relationships and supporting the rollout of Novum’s patented LEAP® technology across the region.
