Michael brings deep engineering expertise across HVAC, controls and product development, with a strong track record delivering innovative solutions from concept and performance modelling through to commissioning. A former Novum New Product Development Manager, he returns at a pivotal moment to help accelerate Novum’s development of the full plug-in “LEAP store of the future” and support customers transitioning to more sustainable cooling.
